Set the keyword to "emergency" to set off an alarm whenever "emergency" is in the message, or create a secret code to give to your family and close friends. If you're on call, configure Priority SMS to alarm for any message from dispatch. Whether your phone is in the other room, or if you're sleeping, or whatever the reason may be... you can be sure that Priority SMS won't rest until you're notified of urgent messages.
Priority SMS is also able to alarm after you have missed a call. If your family calls you overnight and you miss the call, Priority SMS can make sure you wake up.
